Oh joy, here we go again.Bought item for near £1300,itens were missing so i returned it using the refund shipping label, seller received it and courier sent me a pic of it sitting at his door in the same condition i sent itOn the day he received it he opened a case saying it was faulty which was *bleep*,Ebay asked him for proof,he couldn't surprise surprise.
So,since then over phone calls Ebay promised me a refund '3 times',one call went,"great news for you,you will be receiving a full refund withing 24-48 hours!!That came and went, then i called again, they said another 48 hours,NOTHING!!
*bleep* off would be an understatement,so much so i decided to get my money back from my payment method Paypal, instantly get an email from Ebay saying they'd closed the case(bet they couldn't do it quick enough!!)
So,what are my chances of getting a refund from Paypal?I feel like i've let these ebay b*stards off the hook, but lied to 3 times was enough for me with Ebay.

As soon as you opened a case with Paypal, the Ebay case would close - that happens automatically as you can only claim from one source.
Paypal will examine the evidence and make their decision - it's impossible to speculate how they will decide.
