I listed 2 items in the same category and 1 was custom postage and the other was Special delivery. does anyone know why?

If you are selling with simple delivery, buyer is able to choose postage service.

If they were both under £20 then you should have been able to choose either Custom Postage or Simple Delivery for each. Have you tried revising the one tjat is listed with Simple Delivery you see if you can change it to Custom Postage?

@andy20678 you have to set the simple delivery to large letter. The custom box should then come up. If that doesn't work, post a screenshot.
