I am enrolled in GSP. All my listings have GSP selected. I actually had a couple of overseas orders this week with shipping through GSP.
Yet today, all my overseas customers (potential customers) can see is "Check item description or contact seller for postage options." As if I'm not enrolled in GSP.
Any thoughts anyone?

Are the affected listings on a different account as I can't see any items listed for sale on the account you have posted from?

To answer my own question, if you change from .co.uk to .com you can now change the "Deliver to" country and see the amount someone in that country will be charged using GSP, rather than the message "Check item description or contact seller for postage options."
Don't forget to change back to .co.uk and don't forget to change country back to UK when you're done.

I was confused by the same thing, because you used to be able to change the country & see the GSP shipping rates on your listings, without going to .com, but as you say, now you just get that 'Check item description...' message. It makes you think that is what overseas customers will see, instead of the shipping price.
I don't know when this change happened. Maybe when they replaced the 'Postage & payments' page that used to be next to the 'About this item' tab?

It was around the time Buyer Protection was introduced. The most likely reason is that international buyers - when purchasing from private sellers - would be charged the BPF if they purchased through eBay.co.uk.
