Stuck on Buy it Now?

I never usually list on Buy it now but I did recently for my sons gaming controller.

 

Today i am trying to list items on auction format as usual BUT they are only allowing me to list items on Buy it Now 😞

 

My account seems to now be stuck on BIN only when listing.      The tab where i can possibly change the format is greyed out.    The option to end the listing is now not there either...just edit it.

 

Any ideas?

Hi, during the listing process click on "See pricing options" on the righthand side of the "Pricing" section, and de-select the option for Buy It Now.   🙂

Have you done the usual ' trick'  of clearing cache and cookies? 

 

Even logging out completely and logging back in,  kicks it back to work correctly sometimes.

I looked there and do not have that option

 

Autofill pricing details
Allow the Buy It Now price or auction starting bid to be autofilled based on similar or matching items.
Immediate payment
Require immediate payment for Buy It Now purchases.
Best offer
Accept, counter, or decline offers submitted by buyers.
Sell as a lot
Group similar or identical items together to sell to a single buyer.
Private listing
Allow buyers to remain anonymous when they bid on or buy an item.

I did log out and then back in and made no difference........i will try clearing my history.

Sighs....cleared cache and cookies and still the same.

 

I am so sick of Ebay not working as it should.

Update........I relisted an unsold item which was on auction and thats relisted exactly as it originally way

 

Just went to list a brooch on a new listing and now i can list it on auction format.

 

I still do not have the option to end or change the polo shirt onto auction format from BIN.  Wait i suddenly now have the option to end the listing lol

 

I have no clue what was/is going on.

Maybe clearing cache and cookies after a catch up, nothing happens immediately it seems,  helped !
