Purchace issue

My listing is not allowing a buyer to purchase and is getting message to say i don't post to Cornwall. 

I have selected UK delivery and there are no restrictions to UK in my listing. 

How do I enable the buyer to purchase my product?

Try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any blocks:

Ive put one of your items in my basket and changed to a cornwall postcode and no issues

I've tried a TR22 (Isles of Scilly) postcode on all three of the OP's items just in case it was a local Evri exclusion but they're all showing as Royal Mail so no apparent issue there.

 

@linds_hepworth - do you see any entries on this page?

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
