"Even if I was to convert my normal buyers account into a sellers they will suspend that too"
It's not really a matter of "converting" an account. Anyone with an ebay account can normally both buy and sell from the same account. However, if you do try and sell from your cleverchik2010 account, you will doubtless have that account suspended and you won't be able to buy on ebay either.

A further thought: I understand that account suspensions can sometimes be due to the actions of someone at the same address.

Hmm maybe but as far as I know I don’t think anyone else at the same address as mine has ever been suspended on eBay or ever listed any items to be sold. Wish eBay were just clear as why it was suspended.

What was the item you listed for sale?
Did you interact with any buyer/did it sell?
Anything else that might be noteworthy?

Hi,
yes only one item was listed which was a walking stick for elderly people. As the account was fairly new no items had been sold yet.

Walking stick? Not a high risk item I wouldn't have thought, I'm not getting any clues as to why your account was suspended permanently, sorry.

I know this is clutching at straws, but ebay say this in their article about suspensions:
Watch out for spoof (fake) emails about account restrictions or suspensions. To confirm that an email was sent from eBay, check your Messages - opens in new window or tab. If you can't find a copy of the email there, then it wasn't from eBay. Learn how to recognize spoof emails.
Worth checking your messages, although if your account was suspended, does it still exist for you to be able to see messages in your account anyway 🤔

Hi,
it says on the account that it no longer exists so it’s definitely from eBay 😒

It's a mystery.
Has anyone else used your router to sell on ebay and been suspended - if so, ebay would recognise the IP address as a banned one.
Or did you use a VPN with that account? I gather some users may have had their eBay account suspended due to using a VPN, although others have not had a problem with using VPN.
Otherwise I'm right out of suggestions, sorry.

Did you manage to list anything on your seller account? If you did would you mind disclosing some information about it/them? There are some high risk categories which ebay seems to watch closely - mobile phones being one. Listing expensive items on a new account can also attract the attention of ebay's security bots.

They'd only listed a walking stick for the elderly (see above).

Hard to see how that represents a security threat to the site. Sounds like the bots have had a moment (again).

Hope you don't mind me asking what were you listing to cause a permanent ban?

All I can think is that something in the title and/or description regarding a ‘stick’ had the bots in a tizz. The banned scenario is a nightmare as ebay never goes into details and its a case of strike and out.

I find it difficult to imagine that the reason for the ban is the one item listed. Certainly the first time I've heard of it. Every so often we hear of people innocently listing something that they did not know was banned on Ebay, and Ebay's action has been to pull the listing and warn the seller not to do it again. I've been there with a book I listed. So long as you don't do it again (however incomprehensible the item's ban is) there is no problem.

highly doubtful and an educated guess is that its because you were trading on a private account instead of a business account.

Hi @simsan-9350 You have feedback going back much longer than 2 months. I don't think Ebay would simply permanently remove you for selling on a private account - I think they would ask you to change over. Did they do that?
You can make an information request under "My Ebay"
But CS will not be able to help you. Come back and tell us what the reason was.

I just got suspended after buying and selling for years on the same 100% rating account and now they want me too verify my identity. They can go and *bleep* themselves.
