Can anyone help me pleaseee! So I sold a Nintendo switch to someone on eBay. The day after they sent me a request to cancel due to adding the wrong delivery address. I sent them an email saying not to worry just to send me the new address as I'd not sent the item yet so I still had time to put the correct address on before sending. I then had access to my funds which I've started to use for bills etc however now they are saying they don't need it because someone else in there family has already brought one!! What the heck do I do as I've already used some of the funds and don't have the money to replace it yet!! So upset can someone help! Thanks for reading ❤️

All you can do is explain the problem to the buyer, apologise and tell them you will refund as soon as you can.
