E-cigarette category restricted

All of sudden ebay has removed my e-cigs listings and didn't even warned me if I was doing anything wrong, what are my options as eBay is not giving me a clue why they have taken this action tho I have been seeking them from 2 years. Thanks

ebay refused request for new category and no help or clue from staff how can i get approved anyone has idea or info how to get approved on vape category.

I have seen previous posts about e cigs.If i remember correctly i think Ebay are winding them down and won't be appring any more sellers.

Are you trying to sell single use / disposable vapes?  These were banned to sell on eBay from June 2025.

No, just selling regular vape pens. Got the manufacturer's authorisation and right to sell. Its UKCA and MHRA notified.

Now I've submitted my application and am waiting for representative to contact me.

Doesn't make sense. I have all criteria. I registered with a new business account, I am registered in Uk and have a good standing with eBay. Unless because I'm using a new business account, it's not in good standing?

The 1 neg and 1 neutral may affect things but more importantly your DSR's are quite low on 2 categories.

 

What does your seller dashboard tell you,have you gone "below standard".
