Buyer changed there mind on a purchase!

Hi can anyone help me ?

I have sold an item and the buyer has changed there mind. If o orangise a refund will I loose the 12.5 percent fee

Cancel the sale from your orders page using the reason: Buyer asked to cancel. If they've paid they will be refunded and you will get back the selling fees.

Hi,

I sold an item to the buyer for his offer price of £250 cash on colllection.He lied about his location and when he arrived all he wanted to do was haggle on the price for no genuine reason. I wouldn't budge so I had to ask him to leave. All he wanted was an excuse to visit me & use the opportunity to drive the price down.

maybe you need to think about not doing pick up and get paid via the site specially for 2500 (HMRC)

I'd never have face to face meetings with buyers. I have had people from gumtree in the past ask if they can have a fiver off for their petrol for driving to pick the item up 😂 I just replied with does ASDA give you money off at the till because you've had to drive to the store, do one
