Can't pay with PayPal

Hi when I try to pay for an item it asks me to log into PayPal but when I put my details in it tells me they're incorrect even though I know they're not! I've contacted PayPal who say it's an issue with eBay I've also deleted app and reinstalled it but nothing works! Can anybody help?

Just had to reset my password.

       all emails address,s have to be the same
