Very well expressed. Next time Ebay does a survey / questionaire you should repeat this to them. So may people are having issues with Evri, it is a disgrace.

Absolutely correct, the c.e.o. of evri will most probably end up a sir for
his contribution to public service. They need government investigation.

Had nothing but problems infact waiting on 3 deliveries that were due last week still not recieved them not fair ebay sellers have to refund due to evri please dont use them royal mail yodel etc always deliver

I will now not deal with any seller that uses evri. The latest incident involved 5 attempts so far to deliver to a click and collect shop during their opening hours. Obviously they are going to the wrong place. This courier are run by idiots and idiotic systems or just employ people that dont care. Either way we dont care to use such an unreliable company that should not be in business. Do us a favour evri, go away permantly. Not just changing your name.

Royal Mail just "lost" 8k of my friends money that he sent in 4 seperate parcels (all went at same time). Sent special tracked and they still have 0 record of where it went. They are all equally as bad as eachother.

Not cash 2k worth of goods in each parcel.

The point is Royal Mail arent anything special, everyone has issues with them too. It all depends on the drivers and depot in your area. Our local evri is amazing, our royal mail are dire.

I forgot my own advice and relaxed, forgetting to check with an ebay seller if they used EvRi or not! Just this one time.

Sure enough, it's sat as "we've got your parcel" on tracking for 5 days and no sign of movement.

And it was urgent.

Never again! Must. Always. Check. Sellers. Don't. Use. Evri.

Hopefully one day the message will get through to the head honchos making deals that it's not fit for purpose.

Evri are worse than useless, they lie about delivery times ,they lose deliveries,they dump deliveries anywhere, I will not be using ebay if courier is useless incompetent evri

Most Post Offices are now Evri drop off points and accept Evri parcels, you can print the label at home or take the bar code on your phone and the post office zaps it and prints the label for you.

The truth is that theres very little money in it for self employed drivers delivering to extended areas, Evri say they cover remote areas so they can compete for big delivery contracts even though the havnt rely got coverage.

I have 15 kilo sacks of dog food delivered by an online retailer, if they ship it by evri its usually a disaster, 15 kilos is the maximum weight evri accept but delivering heavy parcels by car doesnt work very well, that weight should be on a proper courier system.

Spot on anyone living in the countryside expecting a large delivery is best to avoid Evri as they do not have room in their cars or time to spend touring the country lanes.
Some do an excellent job, but they don't stay for long as it costs them too much to provide their own car and fuel to be paid very little.

We had a great evri driver for a few years, got to know here quite well, she was from Cyprus but was all legal to work here in the UK and insured properly but in the end she gave up and went home because of the rates, there was another evri driver who they were treating badly and cutting his parcel volume and not paying him so he started a petition on change dot org, they started being nice to him again then booted him out.
