ok, for each of these ips you have found, open them up in new windows.there should be secret envelopes except on refreshing one of them will reveal the plans for the next spot prize. it should let you know roughly when it will be...you have to keep refreshing till a new message appears and follow those instructions which will lead you to this board where the elves will have opened a thread. then its a race. goes nuts but it all luck
