Hi all !!
I think this does show that the map could be changed, names removed, mistakes made or even things that aren't nice added which could cause it to be pulled or something,if everyone can just add or change it, but it is asking a lot for one person to maintain it, unless it is done once a week or something.

The map is certainly filling up since I last looked in!

Having read the last few posts, it might be a good idea if only one person does that changes.

I would recommend that they keep a master copy in a format other than jpg, then when they add the new names, save the master copy THEN create a JPG copy. (If you look at the map you can see its starting to get fuzzy - probably because of the repeated saving as a jpg. JPG is a "lossy" format - which means information (ie. data not names!!!) is lost every time it is saved.)

Yaay! It looks much better now. Thanks NSYN. Good idea about the password. I think most people are on the map now anyway so it will just need the odd tweek.
