Bringing in Christmas cookies and Mulled wine for all -

Have started with the Banquet - have sent out the trolls and baby dragons to deliver warm drinks, cookies and cakes to all in the keep and our guards doing rounds

I Hope everyone had a good Christmas   New yniforms for the guards and a new sets of clothing for those who come in for a visit   We have on offer for the festive season -   Turkey sandwichs, Turkey soup, a nice slow roasted honey baked ham for sandwiches   There is also the veggie option of those dishes as well as Chunky veg soup   Loads of rolls & Buns as well as garlic bread with and without cheese   We have potato salad, macaroni salad and even fruit salads available   and as usual the mulled wine or lambrini ya know the usual drinks lol   xxxxxxx

Battlements seem quiet, dragons out patroling, so I'm off to my cell for a kip xxxxx

lol Typos and all - sends a nice flask of hot cocoa and a tray of cinnibuns for when she awakes

Makes sure that any guards on duty or in the keep have had their treat sent to their rooms

All visitors have or will have hot drinks and biscuits brought down while the soups and other items are cooking in the kitchen

As it is new years at midnight ALL in keep will have a glass of champers, to toast in the new year the dragons will be on duty lighting the fireworks and giving shows with their fire and ice breath and aerial acrobatics even the visitors (highly escorted) will have seats on the ramparts for the show they must bring warm clothing and blankets to keep warm as it can be very very cold up there. (guards make sure they stay together and do not "escape" as they could get hurt or one of the hired trolls or other creatures might mistake them for intruders lol)

All will have S'mores and hot cocoa as well - guards you will all be off duty at 23:59 as the Trolls and other extra help (usually found below in the dungeons) will be up to take over your duties keep in mind however that you will be back on duty at dawn so beware of hangovers - however a full breakfast will be available for you in the morning.

The menu for tonight includes

pizza - all sorts and also pizza bases & ingredients have been left for you to make your own if you so choose to do so.

Pasta

Garlic bread with and without cheese

Many soups to choose from they will have to be warmed up just make your choice and someone will get it from the walkin freezer for you

all sorts of finger foods available

Cheese and crackers

For those of you who do not drink special drinks are available for you as well

While the weather has had a break a shed has been put up to store the snow toys in and they have been stored for the moment

There is some fresh cinnibread in the warmer.

sorry, fell asleep in a far distant cell, [blue door] after new year party, just found my way out, please let me know B&B charges up to date, have left surplus wine, brandy locked in cell [teenage dragons about] key behind loose brick in passage

Awww! No charge mally, we don't charge regs just imprison and torture unwary newbies!:^O

Just popping in to drop off cold meds, tissues and home remedies for cold and flu. Please be sure to use antibacterial rub on your hands.

Beware that dragons with colds tend to sneeze fire ice and acid (depending on breed) and other *ahem* stuff

If you see a sick dragon or your dragon is feeling unwell please make sure that they are isolated.

Home made chicken soup, chicken noodle soup & Veggie soup are available around the clock in the kitchen.

I have made sure that there is plenty of honey & lemon to add to drinks

there has been extra tea ordered and as per request there is also brandy and whisky to add as well - for medicinal purposes only lol

Please make sure that our "guards" that have resistance to all illnesses are aware to make keep those who are visiting well 🙂

Take care all and get plenty of rest this "bug" can last a very long time

Hopefully it shouldn't be too bad Reb, as I had all of the dragons get a flu jab recently, it was quite funny seeing them lined up waiting for a jab from the nurse!!!!!!:^O

I bet that was a funny sight to behold cazza hehe and who was the nurse this time did Flo come in to do the honours lol (brave she is)

jeffery requires more spare knitting wool for bedsocks blankets

noticed very large dragon on the ramparts violently sneezing, wellies, and unbrella may be essential when holding conversation, or administering medication to him.
