Well, okay, I suppose it was a bit of a trick question...  My previous response of "Edward VII" would have translated as "Edward The Seventh",  if written as it was pronounced, in which case the last letter would have been an H.  However, as the "VII" part gives the illusion of offering no suitable alternatives to start a name with you did the right thing to go with D.  So, getting back to the thread:
