Its a dessert consisting of Strawberries , pieces of Meringue and cream,, mushed up a bit together. I dont think i have ever tasted it either but it sounds nice.
I wouldn't even put it in mouth in the first place! I can't eat or drink anything containing alcohol for medical reasons, so cider is totally off-limits.
