Irene you really are good at giving things a try, and I do the same, I taught myself how to put up wallpaper and I have done several jobs like that around the home, but please no heavy lifting, ladies are not made to do that, as their muscles are weaker and if you should pull a muscle say in your back and the pain would be horrible, then you might say 'All for lifting paving stones!'..

ive had to learn to wallpaper ect since my husband died 8 yrs ago. when i go to dads im wallpapering his or painting. i must admit im getting tired. ive already got arthritis in my spine and neck. not to bad though.
Well you have done very well in the past and recently Irene, but now you must try and rest, as by doing so much you will more than likely aggravate the medical problems you have already and really it is not worth the risk!...Now purlease listen to little moi and our Jeffery!....((((hugs))))xxxxx
