Hi Tigger. Yes, you can do 5 no-purchase necessary entries every day. It doesn't matter whether you choose buy or sell. Ideally they want you to put the following in the box:

NP:[the-wonderful-thing-about-tiggers]

but they have said that they won't be excluding people just because they don't put NP or forget to put brackets, or put the wrong type of brackets. Aren't they good?!

Based on that I would say that your 5 entries that you've done today should be OK. Good luck! 🙂

BTW, one of the reasons it took us a long time to filter all the entries and announce the first winners is that we had to redo all the filtering.

On our initial run, everyone had who entered more than 5 times in any given day got the heave ho, as per the rules.

However, we felt that that was not really in the spirit of things (and we'd told you as much on these boards), so the agency who's helping us with this promo kindly reran the whole process, reducing people down to 5 entries max, rather than eliminating them.

So hurrah for all agency stars (who must remain nameless!) for all their hard work on that and the rest of the promo!

Hello everyone!

I haven't been kidnapped, had my pinkery revoked or forgotten how to find the internet, but I have been unable to come on here to give you fine folks an update of the goings on in the giveaway for two days due to generous lashings of the work stick from the big cheeses at HQ. For which sincere apologies. Again. You were not forgotten!

On my return, on w/e and on the occasional sneaky peek taken today whilst no one was looking, I have really enjoyed seeing all the winners on here being so effusive. Really fun to see people winning and rejoicing right in front of one's elfen eyes. Congratulations to all the winners so far!!!

Regarding the next sets of winners...
*pauses for dramatic effect*

I can confirm the following:

* The four winners of the ThomasCook.com prizes should have received a call today or a message today. So if you haven't, it's unlikely that it's you. Really sorry if you weren't one of the lucky ones but congrats and "Can I come?" if you were.

* Useless facts: There were 3 buy winners and 1 sell winner, no NP necessary winners. Combined sale price of the 4 items involved was about £25! Pretty similar to the car, where your own batty_tony got his top prize for nowt *finance team shakes fist at sniggering naughty_elf* and the second car was won by someone buying a £20 item for a VW. Bargain!

* Our promo agency colleagues cranked the handle til their hands were rubbed red raw and have now produced the shortlists of remaining winners for the Collectables themed promo and the Lifestyle themed promo.

* It's now up to me, Mr/Mrs/Ms/Master naughty_elf (which one is it?! ) to validate these two sets of winners by teatime tomorrow. Just imagine an elf the size of a teapot looking at a pile of paper the height of nelson's column and you'll get the picture!!

* The agency will then (hopefully but not guaranteed - legal disclaimer ) begin contacting winners on Thursday. Given there will be 530+ winners to be contacte, that may take some time. We will ask our agency friends to do the Siemens prizes first, so that the winners of these biggie prizes will hear the good news before Easter, so they can annoy friends and family by telling them all about it repeatedly, ad nauseam, over and over gain, now and forevermore.

* Regarding publication of the answers etc etc, that will follow as soon after as possible. Thinking about it, it may be that the 500 isubscribe winners that may see their name on the published winners list before they get a phone call, give we'd like to get that up pre the end of the easter break, chocolate scoffing allowing.

* We'll also try to give you some additional info a little later on, as well as listen to your thoughts on this competition and what you did or didn't like about it.

But first things first! We shall take care of business tomrrow, the work stick permitting, so hopefully you will hear some good news soon!
