There is no phone number for eBay it's a Call Back option.  

 

Quicker, and dare I say better,  to come back here and ask , there are many very experienced people here happy to help.

Automated is absolutely not good. It picks up things what it wants and no way to put it right, you have to keep calling them pack. 

After 6 calls in a row I gave it up.

Not  totally correct.

 

Once eBay notify you the refund is made,  being processed,  then it's not instantly returned to you,  and does go back to original payment source.

 

If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.

 

Paying with a debit / bank card?  Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.

 

Credit card payment?  This takes the longest,  up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.

Call back usually with 3mins.

This is a scam , i buy two items on ebay one arrive broken  the other never arrive im €123 out of pocket and i can not call ebay, no online chat working

You may not be able to contact Customer Services,  because you are tying from the wrong site.

 

You are currently logged into the UK site,  so you need to log out of here,  clear cache and cookies too,  then log into your homesite...  which is....  https://comunidad.ebay.es/

 

There,  you even do not need to contact eBay but just open case one for item not received,  and one for item not as described,  escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.

Very difficult to contact Ebay. They  don't  have contact number.. im very  disappointed 

It's not hard to contact eBay, but they don't have a phone number, it's a Call Back system.

 

Far easier and quicker to  come back, ask your question here,  there are many very experienced people here happy to help you.

I also need to speak to someone but can’t speak to anyone its absolutely ridiculous 

on clicking that link - there isn't (at least an easy way that I can see) a means to request a call back on that page.
