True some do,  but mine doesn't and I'm sure there are others out there too  in the same boat, and you don't want to be stung by one of those bills ! 🙃

 

The link I provided is free,  it' s 24 hours now,  part of what buyers are paying for in Buyer Protection fee, but  auto agents operate outside ' opening hours',  and as above,  best times to call is when lines first open to get a better chance of Dublin responding.

I'm having  the same problems.  Multiple items not received  or refunds. Can't contact  anybody on the account.  Just thrives. 

It's a Ebay scam. 9 parcles not arrived or refunded. Rouge messages on tracking and no way to connect or contact.

None of their numbers work. They just cut you off. No customer service whatsoever. Leave mobile’s alone.

I’ve just lost £40.05 on here. Made a complaint and they just ruled in the sellers favour. THERE IS NO BUYER PROTECTION ON HERE.

Some people have been charged a lot of money using some 0800 number , far better to use the easy route,  from link below and  it gives a Call Back option.

 

Contact Customer Service very first thing 8 a.m. weekdays,  9 a.m. weekends and there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Please stop posting 'ebay phone  numbers'.  There is a reason why they are not published on the ebay site itself.

There is no ebay phone number published on the ebay site and hasn't been for 5 years.

 

Any number found on the Internet is either an old one that they don't use or a scam one that charges you and is not ebay.

There is no phone number for eBay it's a Call Back option, lines have just opened for ' live agents'  contact CS now, and hopefully you'll get Dublin to answer.

As a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery,  and you have not received the item,  then,  if the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
