GSP Help Please

One of my orders is through the GSP and I didn't realise - it's not something I signed up to. The order was 6 of a product and the supplier has sent them all separately. I didn't include the reference as I didn't know I had to, and I have only included the first tracking number and I now cannot add the other 5. How do I get the other tracking numbers associated to the order?

The tracking is the least of your concerns.  The GSP reference is essential, without that the hub has no idea who the buyer is or where to send the items to.

 

Did you have a return address on the packages?

 

Surely you are the supplier?  Are you dropshipping and if so, are you following the rules?
