Ive received a counterfeit starwars mug that cost £10 and the seller is offering offering 15% partial refund and said to keep the item.  I dont want the mug nore a £1.50 refund I want my money back

I Can't find any numbers or emails to talk to ebay and no where to repot a fake item. What do I do next.
