How to download active listings to csv

I have tried to download my active listings in Sellers hub but it keeps saving as an explorer csv file which won't open.

 

What am I doing wrong?

 

I've tried doing this from the reports section.

 

When I try to do it in the listing section there is no option to export data.

i too am lost on this, but only recently. i used to be able (just of maybe two weeks ago, July 2022?) choose edit / select all / actions / download to csv.  the option is no longer there. I cannot remember 1,000 odd listings I need to check against a separate spreadsheet ot make sure i'm on top of everything. Help??!

If still in the dark here's how I do it but may have changed since original post.  Go to the Seller Hub - Reports - fill in the necessary fields ie active or not sold - download report as a CSV file.  Sorted
