I was going to have a small steak with some chips but I am still full from lunchtime>:-)

we had ready meal today for quickness, fish and chips which was quite good really for a ready meal.

we shall have our usual toast tonight.

Leftovers from yesterday's stew with oven chips and peas.

We had pie.  I had steak and kidney and he had chicken, and we had roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, carrots and parsnips and gravy.  Then he had yoghurt and I haven't had anything ......yet!

That pie of yours capt. looks like a pork pie.  It looks delicious too.  If I'd made a pie that looked like that I'd be very pleased with myself.

Sausages, Mash and onion gravy with green beans and carrots. And some chocolate for afters. 🙂

Anyway, we had pasta with chicken and mixed veg in an oyster sauce.  It was very nice too.

ooooh books....mixed veg in oyster sauce, that sounds interesting.

I like stir fry myself but OH doesn't, it's a bit of a pain to make it for one and then another dinner for OH, so I don't bother much. I love noodles.:-)

Does OH like those spicy wrap thingies?

Due to revolution in the ranks I do fajitas with meat and stir fry veg(the pre done packet stuff in the chilled veg) and noodles.  Son has meat only with wraps, OH and I have spiced meat and well seasoned veggies and noodles with wraps, daughter gets stir fried veg, meat and noodles with soy sauce.  Since it's just the 2 of you you could just use 2 frying pans and adjust to suit.

Has experience of cooking for refusnik child(now adult and still just as bad!)
