Lovely photos of Venice - the domed church in picture 4 is now covered with scaffolding and it was an amazing achievement to do that scaffolding in that situation. I will see if I have a photo of it and post it at some stage.
I am off to Devon in the morning to take my mum home and will be there for five days so I will have to wait to tackle my photos. Have to have them done in 37 days as I am off to USA then!!! (it's a hard life but someone has to do it) :^O

Hi all 😄 I'm in need of a bit of photo editing help and thought I'd ask all you clever peeps here.
My sister emigrated to Australia last week 😞 Her leaving party was the first time in years that MOST of our family had all got together (dont know when it will happen again :_|)
Anyway, we got someone to take a picture of us all together, but what we didnt realise until later, was that someone else got into the picture (the person who took the photo thought she was family)
Now, here's where I need help..... I need to get rid of the intruder but I dont know how coz she is infront of us. I have tried alsorts of things but end up with a horrible result
Please does anyone have any suggestions? It was the only pic taken of us together

could you cut off who ever belongs to your family but is on the edge of the group and then superimpose them over the 'gate crasher'. Sorry I don't know what software you would need to do this.
brynteg11 - I can have a go at that. I managed to cut her out, but was left with a huge gap in the photo. It would have been ok if she was standing on the end, but she is next to my sister and infront of 3/4 of us. She jumped into alot of the photos, but I have either managed to get rid of her, or the photo wasnt that important to worry abou her being in it. Its just that this photo is the only one we have of us together :_|

I am still in Devon and just about to tackle my mum's study hence why I have found the computer!! Since Dad died in April she has used it as a dumping ground so hold me by the ankles I am going in!!
Lovely photos stu - really calm and peaceful - need to hold on to that thought as I wade in.
I will be back home on Wednesday and hopefully start editing the photos on Thursday. Fingers crossed that no one stops me or there could be a murder!!
As far as editing the intruder out of the photo you can do this but it takes a high degree of skill and I am afraid I don't possess that skill. The only thing I can suggest is that I belong to an online photography club called Photography-Cafe.com. Everyone is very friendly and if you wander in there and ask for help (you may have to join first but this is free) may be someone can help you 🙂
Anyway, there is no getting away from the fact that sitting on months of debris isn't comfortable so I am off to sort out this mess and will hopefully get on later :)

I haven't :_| I just can't seem to remove the intruder without having a black space where she was. I've tried placing things over the gap, but it just looks silly.
