Yes Leo, I have been in to work yesterday and today!  Last night, you will observe, was a much better time and tonight will be earlier still.

Daughter's 10th birthday today.  That sort of reminds me how ancient I'm getting!

While we are on the subject of sleep and age, Momma - you'll be pleased to know that for my next Paris trip I will not be doing the all nighter at St Pancras; I'll be travelling midday and staying over.

Leo, Momma, some of the quieter streets in Paris are a bit whiffy, that's true, but no worse than the same elsewhere - and for pretty much the same reasons!  Never found the people snooty myself; quite the opposite.

Usually, if there's nowt on the ol' goggle-box, I slip on a DVD or Blu-Ray from my vast collection (which increased by 6 today) 

I just go to bed and play on my DS!
