Hello all


 


whenever I use ebay I'm plagued by adverts for tacky a dating site called 'match' with the screen full of girls who look (as mother used to say) 'easy' inviting me to 'hook up' etc 


 


It seems like one step from prostitution and I'm astonished that these ads appear to be endorsed by eBay as if the girls are available on a BIN basis (which they may be for all I know)


 


Is it just me or are others ebayers similarly targeted?

You have no pop-up blocker, you see pop-up adverts.


 


We have pop-up blockers, we see no pop-up adverts. B-)

Not entirely with you there CD, but thanks anyway.


 


As it turns out I actually ended up clicking thru to the adult-dating site and have struck up a firm friendship with a lovely lady called 'NSA Aimee' who I'm meeting later tonight for cocktails.  Having two middle names is a sure sign of good breeding
