Saw the news that Rupert Murdoch is divorcing his wife, Wendy.

Apparently it's a "jaw-dropping" reason.

Now, I may be waayyyy offf beam here, but something suddenly came to me.

Does anyone remember a week or so ago there was an emergency cabinet meeting over some middle-aged couple having an affair although it's ended now, but the ramifications are apparently potentially very explosive???

It will be interesting to see if the two are connected.

I was just wondering if the two are connected in any way as I believe that whatever caused a "crisis talks at Downing Street" to be held about an affair between two people, sooner or later it was bound to surface in the public eye.

The reporting at the time suggested it was a Tory issue.
