We had the stone surround too, CD, I don't know what sort of stone it was.

Andrew built it right round the fireplace and into the corner for the tv to stand on.

Goodnight Bits & Margie. I had lumps of stone delivered straight from the quarry and I cut the stones myself and built the surround up to the ceiling with few little niches for "ornaments".
