Hi can someone assist . On June I bidded for an item the price I bidded was high then another bidder raised the bid and win . 4 weeks later the same item was listed again by same seller ie.

Charity foundation . Again someone bided at the last second and I lost out 

I have now discovered the item is up for bidding again by the same charity . I think the bidders is sending item back to get it cheaper . Is their anything I could do .
