Goodnight, I suppose it's a bit late to say "cheer up, it might never happen"? It's been mostly cloudy again but the SUn did put in an appearance. It all clouded over but there's some breaks in the cloud and now I can see some stars through the gaps.

Goodnight, yes, far too many streetlights. After the morning cloud, it's been a mostly sunny day but as the Sun wenty down, those pesky clouds arrived and now it's pretty misty, can't see more than a couple of miles and no chance of seeing any stars or anything else "up" there.

Goodnight, it was a sunny, hot day but around 3pm the clouds began arriving and it clouded over. It's all cloudy now, no Stars visible. Last day of Summer, Autumn's here so I think we should start singing "When the leaves begin to fall" instead of "when the stars begin to fall". There's fallen leaves everywhere.

Goodnight, after the overnight rain and cloud, the Sun came out only to get obscured by the clouds later. Around tea time there was distant thunder and some light rain. Later on, it chucked it down!!
