I have seen a very peculiar looking plane flying over Cheltenham several times in the past month or so. It has a small nose wing and what look like rear facing twin propellers, it's a very noisy beast when it's flying low. The only thing I can find that looks anything like it is this one but the one I've seen looks longer.

The only other one anything like it is the Beechcraft Starship but apparently there are only five of them still flying and all are in the US.
