What was the name of the planet destroyed by the Death Star?
And your supplementary question is how many standard class pacific locomotives built at Crewe in the 1950s were named after Stars?

Can we not move Nibirus return, back a week, I've got a lecture to attend at Salisbury on the 23rd
Maybe they forgot to take into account, the Calender change by Pope Gregory XIII
So it will really happen 13 days later, sorted

Going back to #41, it was Alderaan.
The thing is, all that dashing about by X-wings, A-wings, Starfighters and the like just won't ever happen. I know it's said that one day science fiction becomes science fact but throughout time, Man has developed weapons for use at greater and greater distances to avoid close combat.
The first weapon was a stone followed by a spear. Then some bright spark found out that a stone could be propelled by a slingshot. Then another bright spark realised that a (short) spear could be propelled by a bow.
Those two weapons developed in to Trebuchets and Ballistas, the bow was developed in to crossbows of many sorts.
Some clever person invented gunpowder and so it went on with guns with greater and greater ranges.
As with missiles and "rays", they'll be used at greater and greater ranges and there won't be a man "in" them. The "G" forces are beyond what a Man could withstand so future weapons will be unmanned and they'll be self-seeking. Star Wars needs to get real.
It's life Jim, but not as WE know it.
Live long and prosper.

Do you actually mean the BR standard class 7 otherwise known as the Britannia class 4-6-2 type Pacific steam locomotive ?
There is a difference between being named after a star, as suggested, and just using the word in part or whole, in the naming of a locomotive.
