Don't forget.....

The clocks go ON one hour tonight.

I wonder how many will forget?

I did not forget CD but I could almost bet money on it that some did.

Twice a year I ask the same question - Do we really need so many clocks?

Yes, everyone should have more clocks. grin

I agree CD ! at least a dozen that MUST be changed manually.    Smiley LOL

I did my watch, clocks, microwave timer change before I went to bed. Dope me though put the hour on the clock of the time switch for the central heating. When I checked all this morning I noticed that switch had gone on another hour. I had of course forgotten it changed automatically like my laptop. Woman LOL

And there was me thinking that you meant "Don't forget your mother today".....never mind.

I got a lovely card, a big bunch of tulips and a dressing gown. Smiley Happy

We did put the clocks right, not that it really matters when you are retired, but hey lets follow the sheep. Smiley LOL

DH, I for one am not a sheep as I suspect many others who changed the time on their clocks are not !

For some like me my clock needs to be at the correct time as I rely on an alarm clock getting me up at 0430 to get ready for work, that lets this so called by you sheep get to work and earn money to pay my way in this world.

Don't worry, the day will come that you can have a rest as well. Smiley Happy

Rest!!

what is that??????

Is it not time that this outdated silliness was laid to rest

I always thought that, but when I lived in Shetland it would have been strange as the sun would have risen until gone 10am in midwinter if they went to BST. If they had stayed at GMT, it would have been even worse with the sun rising at 2:30am in summer.

A large part of the world uses different time zones for winter and summer. We'd be out of sync with them for half the year if we didn't change
