Personal favourite at Maison Kat is this
http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/turkey-recipes/turkey-and-sweet-leek-pie/
because you can add ham instead of the bacon, and we seem to have the best part of a pig occupying the fridge

Margie, here's what to do with that turkey:-
Get every scrap of meat off the bones (make sure you get evey bit now).
Cut in to small pieces. Mix it all up and divide in to two equal portions.
Then, put each portion in the dog's bowls and serve it to them.
It's life Jim, but not as WE know it.
Live long and prosper.

littleme, dont make the same mistake I made when I needed to regain weight lost by overactive thyroid.
I tucked in to anything and everything, I regained the weight OK, but it all went on my belly
Now I cant shift it.
