From 11-12 May 2013, private sellers that list up to 100 auction-style listings at a starting price of £1.00 or more in an eligible category on eBay.co.uk, won’t pay an insertion fees.* Additional listing fees still apply, such as those for adding extra photos.

To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

List your item(s) with our eBay Mobile applications, our new Quick Listing Tool or our Quick Sell or Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms. Items listed using professional tools, such as T...seller performance standards. Check your Seller Dashboard to find out if your account is eligible.

They appear to be mostly every alternate weekend, running over the two days, and when that coincides with a public holiday, the free listing days extend over that additional period too. If you don't manage to list everything this weekend, there should be another in about  two weeks time
