The reason I know this is, when a woman reversed into my parked car my insurance company arranged for them to supply me a car and when in their office I said as I leave early for work, when I get my car back I shall phone you to collect yours and leave the keys with my wife.

I was then informed we do not collect the car, you bring it back to us and make your own way home. I told them to keep their car and I would be phoning my insurance company to complain about them and tell them that that company were of no use to me.

They did change their mind after I said that but in all honesty I think that was only because they could see a lucrative contract going out the door and wanted to keep in with the insurance company.
