Nigel Farage believes he was targeted by an assassination attempt when a wheel fell off his car as he drove down a motorway.
The Ukip leader’s Volvo careered off a road near Dunkirk, France, while he was driving from Brussels back to his home in Kent.
He must'nt have got a recall notice for Volvo models V60, V70, XC70, S80 and XC90. Farage’s car was a V70. The problem? “It has been identified that the standard wheel securing bolts may not have undergone the correct hardening process. This will result in corrosion, a noise and/or vibration. If this condition is not rectified, there is a possibility that the wheel may become loose and detach”.
