It's also perfectly natural to post in an old dressing gown while eating a pot noodle but I don't think that many people have the urge to tell others about it.

There is nothing "natural" about a pot noodle!

I think we need to get out of our gear,  ie clothes,  and show what we've got. That's what we all want really.
