But isn't it odd how its become a celebrity witch hunt, nothing to do with compensation is it? I suppose the Celebrities are the best to complain about as most have money. Also why has it taken so many years to complain? 

 Over forty years ago our School bus driver offered me a lift home, as he was a family friend of my Mothers best buddy I thought I was safe, wrong, he pulled into a secluded spot and tried it on, I was only 14 at the time and terrified. I think he realised he was getting no where and dropped me home. my Mother declared what a kind man he was ! little did she know and lets face it, she wouldn't have believed me-not in those days, and she woulldn't have believed the husband of her best buddy grabbed me from behind when I was 11 and grabbed a handful of boobs telling me I was blossoming ! No, these two things happened to me but I have no desire to pop into the local police station with my Solicitor. I got over it, I wasn't mentaly scarred by it and I do get cross with all this ' A famous person indecently assaulted me'  we move on........

This week, the Court of Appeal will hear a submission from the Savile Trust that the compensation scheme be quashed. Its solicitor, Jo Summers, said: ‘The scheme seems designed to give money to anyone who claims they were abused, with minimal due diligence.
