What's everyone on here scared of in life? For me it's fireworks & thunderstorms, I get absolutely terrified by them 😞

I suffer from phonophobia you see, which is the fear & phobia of sudden loud noises & explosions 😞

There is a name for it,,but i dont like the number 13!!. I suffer from OcD badly in some things. There are numbers i dont like. I know its funny but its a thing a lot suffer with i was told.

I am quite a fearful person.

I dont like heights at all!!!, or lifts , since i got stuck in one only for a couple of minutes and my supervisor said i was white as a sheet when i came out. I could feel the panic rising,it was horrible!!.

I'm not scared of being in a tall building looking out or going up a high mountain looking down but... I am scared of going up and down ladders on scaffolding or roofs. I've got better over the years with practice and guidance from one of our roofers who is a reserve fireman. He gave me some good tips!
