I ordered two toastie sandwiches makers, one by mistake, contacted the seller i was told to refuse on which i did and the royal mail took it back, the second one was damaged so I give that back to the royal mail postman the following day, they have set up a return sending a label to go to the post office, which i can not use as i have already sent them back to Royal Mail i hope you can help, so frustrating, i am will to pay the postage, just not responding to my messages, thank you.

If you're happy both items are on their way back to the seller use the label to send anything so that the tracking updates. Include a covering letter explaining exactly what has happened.

Any future issues, probably best to use the existing ebay processes.
