You keep listing the same lense although it was sold in July.
If you weren't paid and did not complete an unpaid case to recover the selling fee, then you are far too late, you only have 32 days.
If and when you sell again, then you will be charged another Selling fee.
Potential buyers will be put off by your comment about ebay charging fees, that is not their problem and does not concern anyone but you.
The Consumer Protection Act protects consumers against unscrupulous sellers. Ebay doesn't sell anything. If you have a problem with a seller, contact the seller. And if they prove to be unhelpful, go to the CAB's website for advice.
If you're a seller, everything you need to know about selling here is in the Seller Centre. You should also read the Money Back Guarantee, which you agreed to abide by when you registered your account. It's on every listing, and in various other places across the site.
why does your listing say:-
Ebay have charged monies automatically.
that doesn't make any sense!
what about them?
if you want to read up on them, google is your friend
This is ebay, not law courts.
No idea what you are saying.
