Susspicios bidder?

This bidder is overbidding and wanting the transaction outside of eBay?

Alarm bells are ringing I told him to put his bid or offer through eBay but he keeps responding as below. His account is longstanding and based in Canada but no action for the last 12 months. 

Any advice welcome.

Just to add to the advice already given. You really need to be careful who you Sell the Camera to. You could easily lose the Camera and the Money. Stick to UK Buyers, preferably one who has plenty of regular good Feedback. There are a lot Compromised Accounts about. Make sure you Post using Royal Mail Special Delivery to be fully covered against Loss or Damage in Transit. The Item will only be handed over to the Householder it wouldn't be just left on the Doorstep.
