I bought a faulty Soup Maker and returned it together with postal confirmation.

I cant get intouch with ebay to tell them I have  shown a receipt of my  returned item via the Post Office. . I have tracked the item and it was received on the 21st January but ebay return page wont show its been received and keeps telling me to send it. 

Reason for return

Doesn't work or is defective

I had to pay £14.15 to return it at my expence.   I posted the return slip as requested and tracked it to show it was received on the 21st Jan.   The seller has not responded to my emails.   I am so annoyed to find there is no way I can contact ebay to inform them that the company has not responded to any of my emails and have infact taken off the item from my purchase history.  

I am out of pocket and this item was a birthday present to me from my daughters.  I am so annoyed as whatever page you try to find to be able to tell ebay about this co  I have no way to contact ebay to tell them .
