A Seller is using my home address! Help!

I have been receiving a lot of Ebay Return Items to the same Seller over the past few months. I was able to look up one of the items and found that the Seller is using my home address in their business contact information.

I reported this Seller to Ebay (via the online seller report page) - now 3 times, in the past 2 weeks. And yet, I see no change - the Seller's page continues to show my home address - and I received another return item yesterday!

Ridiculous, Unacceptable!

Should I file a police or business bureau complaint? This is fraudulent behaviour as well as potential data privacy law issues - that Ebay does nothing to address.

There's no evidence that it's in any way fraudulent behaviour, and it has nothing to do with the police.

Have you tried contacting the seller concerned? The obvious answer would be for them to correct their address details.

Otherwise, as these returns are presumabley not addressed to you, refuse to accept delivery or repost them marked "not known at this address".

I have tried contacting the seller via Ebay messages as well as directly to the email they show in their business details. No responses. I live in a postcode with very few houses - I asked my neighbourhood association if anyone on the estate has the name/business the packages are being addressed to. The answer is that addressee is not known within my postcode. So, it's fraudulent - I would understand a simple error in house number --- but, not house number, street and postcode. It's a deliberate act on their part.
I have no choice with the packages - I am not being asked to sign for them. They are being dropped on my doorstep. And I have to repeatedly go through the process of indicating NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS, etc... and then, take the packages to the post office. It's a tedious, annoying, time-wasting exercise that I do not want.
