If you think she is trying to scam you suggest she returns at her cost and you will send payment when you recieve.

In ebays world the, buyer will return the package at their expense, the seller would then refund the original purchase and postage costs.

Have a look at the package when its returned, some sellers would refund return costs as well .

can you claim off courier or royal mail.

Parcels are often damaged in post, try not to judge buyer till you know all the facts, and try and work out an amicable outcome with buyer is always best.

Ask buyer to send proof of damage first!

As Hansrey suggests, ask for a photo of the damage.

Then if you want the goods back I always found the best way was to either arrange collection or send the buyer the cost of P&P and refund the amount the customer paid, (including original P&P), if they wanted a refund or send out replacement items when the goods were returned.
