I'm trying to relist a book, 1001 walks in Britain and it came up as a CHINESE AUCTION! It might sound funny, but I'm anything but amused 😞 I pulled the plug on it immediately. Just what the hell is going on!! I'm REALLY mad about this!

I have also noticed this when listing items !!

I have however listed them & still appears in the UK eBay so not sure what it is all about & quite weird really

I found an 'API Developers Program' page when I Googled 'chinese auction' and under the tag labelled ListingTypeCodeType it says, among other things, "Single-quantity online auction format"

It's the latest glitch, I think a 'code' writer thought it would be funny to change 'online auction' to 'chinese auction' just list as normal and ignore it.
