Passport Office bonuses revealed after backlog delays

No I don't mean the Passport Office should be embarrassed I mean any member of the Labour Party witnessing this Barrel Scraping as an attempt to gain favour.
Anyone who has worked in a job where an annual insentive scheme is ran will know current performance or circumstances will not have a baring on bonuses due for preivious performance.
It staggers me that anyone could seek political gain from such nonesense! Someone in the Labour Party actually put the train of thought together; "I know this is the time of year company bonuses are often paid, let's see what went on at the passport office and make some issue out of it." Trouble is there a plethora of **bleep** out there so willing to swallow it all up!
