Some emphatic 'no' s there...and I agree. Why should we apologise for France's stupidity in allowing 11.000 migrants to congregate on their soil? These luvvies should just shut the ..... up and get on with their own jobs, instead of trying to impose their sanctimony on other people, who don't give a damn what they think anyway.

Also...the way the media describes these migrants as 'children' is very duplicitous.Of course there are some small children there, and if they have family here then we should allow them to come, but some of these children are obviously young male adults, who could quite easily accept asylum in France and look after themselves. The sooner the camp is demolished the better...but some are already moving to Dunkirk, to continue their efforts to get here.

Winter is coming and I am feeling the cold. I think I would have a better life in Florida...would anyone like to help me get there? If I just get there...would I be allowed to stay?

The only people who need an apology are the residents of Calais for the camp being allowed to be set up and remain there, and not on behalf of the the British people, try the French government.
